Inspire and captivate fellow interpreters

Presenting at AMI is a rewarding experience that lifts up our profession. Share your knowledge! Get valuable feedback!

Each year, the AMI Conference aims to bring together natural and cultural interpreters from across the state to share and rekindle our curiosity, skills, and passion for our industry. This year’s conference will take place September 13-15, 2026 in Lake of the Ozarks.

The AMI Conference Planning Committee is seeking presenters to share their insights and experiences. We are especially interested in interactive, skill-building sessions. As a thank you, we are offering a 20% discount on conference registration for all selected presenters who submit their proposal by June 30th.

We are also excited to offer an information fair featuring posters and share tables! This will be a one-day session but posters may remain displayed for the duration of the conference.

To have your presentation and/or poster considered, be sure to submit your proposal(s) by June 30, 2026. We welcome new presenters and topics, so please share this opportunity across your network!
